We don’t source our Etched Salmon from just anywhere. Our buyers are active on the clocks, specifically hunting for the French crops grown in the cool Atlantic climate. This unique terroir results in a "heavy-feeder" bud, packed with stored energy. Because we intercept these at the auction "pulse" and move them through our 48-hour sprint, they arrive in your hands still "breathing." While mass-market versions of this variety can often stall and fail to open, our direct-from-field stems are guaranteed to perform, offering a spectacular 10–14 day transformation.
